Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Is your country not listed? Please get in touch with us.
• You’ll see the shipping costs in your basket before you order. Orders over €149 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
• Is the part in stock, and have you ordered and paid before 16:00 on a working day? Then we’ll do our best to ship it the same day.
• You’ll receive an email confirming your order. You can also check its status on Track your order.

Cooling-off period: 14 days

If you order as a private customer, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You may unpack and inspect the part as you would in a shop, but please don’t fit or use it. If the part has been fitted, used or damaged, we will charge you for the loss in value. For a part that has been fitted, this may be the full purchase price.

How to return something

1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to return it: call us, email [email protected] or use the contact page. Please include your order number and which part you’re returning.
2. Then send the part back, well packed, within 14 days to: FBW Parts, Patronaatsstraat 28, 7131 CH Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands. Where possible, please use the original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please keep your proof of postage.

Within 14 days of you notifying us of the return, we’ll refund the purchase price to the account you paid with. We may withhold the refund until we have received the part or until you have shown proof that you’ve sent it back.

Received something damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We’ll sort it out, at our expense.
